Cherry Sorbet

I really do love Valentines. Not only for the celebration of love and romance but for the hearts, Kitsch motifs and the pink and red colour scheme. I feel that pinks and reds are colours I like to incorporate all year round however it's only surrounding Valentines that you'll find every store filled top to toe in rose and magenta.
This jumper is yet another New Look find (I'm rather liking New Look at the moment). I love how the white stripe breaks up the pink and the red so that it doesn't look too chaotic; even though it reminds Sam of Fab Ice lollies.  The brightness of the pink and the red stripes make the jumper more of a statement piece and the jumper itself is incredibly warm and cosy; perfect for chilly walks.
I paired my valentines Jumper with my Ted Baker Cherry bag, H&M leather skirt and Topshop leather ankle boots. I feel the jumper adds a cosy element to this outfit making it overall a bit more casual and wearable. I think the knit and the leather work well together and the red in the jumper defiantly brings out the red of the cherries printed on the bag. Sam bought me this bag for christmas year before last, and I've always associated it with Love Letters because of the design project I was doing at the time. It's perfectly sized for carrying round what you need without leaving space for unnecessary items.
